Sample Project:
Cherry Lake Tree Farm, Groveland, FL: Water supply and irrigation system upgrade for an 800 acre tree farm using state of the art irrigation, water supply, water treatment and automation technologies. Central control operation, VFD pumps and control, and irrigation system automation were completed in summer of 2001.
Skinner Nurseries, Crescent City, FL: 3,500 gpm pumping station design at Lake Crescent with two VFD pumps, PLC control and data transmission through ESI controller to central office for operational monitoring and auto text messaging under critical conditions; specification and construction management. Project completed February 2003.
Florida Tree Source, Plant City, FL: Water supply and irrigation system upgrade; automation system design for water supply and irrigation control using an ESI control system, including installation of soil sensors to assist farm managers to control watering requirements. Project completed in spring of 2004.
Larkin Farms Gray water system: System design for utilizing both gray water from Dade city wastewater treatment facility and deep wells to supply existing citrus groves, hay fields, and a sod farm. ESI's Central control system is utilized for irrigation system control and operation. Project was completed in spring of 2004.
